Indication
Erectile dysfunction.
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
Drug interaction
Reduced clearance w/ CYP3A4 inhibitors eg, ketoconazole, erythromycin, cimetidine. Increased AUC & Cmax of bosentan. Decreased plasma conc by strong CYP3A4 inducers eg, rifampin. Potentiated hypotensive effects of nitric oxide, organic nitrates & nitrites. Symptomatic hypotension w/ α-blockers eg, doxazosin.
