Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia and Auto Pacifica Open New 4S Centre in Miri
Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), together with authorised dealer Auto Pacifica, has unveiled its new Auto Pacifica Miri 4S Centre, marking the relocation and upgrade of its Miri showroom into a full-fledged Sales, Service, Spare Parts & Body and Paint facility.
Designed to provide a pleasant and efficient customer experience, the centre features a welcoming reception area, a spacious showroom showcasing a selection of Mitsubishi models, and a comfortable lounge where visitors can relax and enjoy refreshments. The facility spans 21,669 square feet and reflects Mitsubishi’s global brand identity and dedication to quality service.
The aftersales operation is well-equipped, comprising 13 service bays and six Body & Paint bays, supported by certified technicians trained to deliver accurate diagnostics and faster service turnaround. By consolidating sales and aftersales services under one roof, the 4S centre aims to offergreater convenience and a seamless ownership experience for customers.
Auto Pacifica, a Mitsubishi partner since 2009 and part of the Samling Group, has strengthened its presence in Sarawak with outlets in Miri, Bintulu, and Kota Samarahan. The new Miri centre underscores the company’s commitment to being closer to customers and enhancing service accessibility in the growing local market.

The launch coincides with Mitsubishi’s recent introduction of the all-new Xforce a bold SUV tailored to meet the needs of contemporary Malaysian drivers.
The Auto Pacifica Miri 4S Centre is located at Lot 4448, K.B.L.D. 17, Jalan Miri Bypass, Autocity Eastwood Town Centre, 98000 Miri, Sarawak. Operating hours are Monday to Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
