AIR BUBBLE BAG

Air bubble bag (also known as bubble wrap bag, bubble pouch, or air cellular cushioning bag) is a pre-formed, open-top or self-seal protective packaging pouch manufactured from air-filled polyethylene bubble cushioning film, designed to provide immediate, ready-to-use protective packaging for individual products without the need for cutting, folding, or wrapping. The bag format encases products on all sides within a cushioned bubble film envelope — delivering consistent, reliable shock absorption, vibration isolation, surface protection, and moisture resistance in a fast, efficient, and ergonomic packaging solution that significantly accelerates packing line speed compared to manual roll wrapping operations.

Key Characteristics

  • Material: Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) bubble film — two layers heat-sealed on three sides
  • Cell structure: Hemispherical air-filled bubbles uniformly sealed between two LDPE film layers
  • Opening: Open top (standard) or self-seal flap closure
  • Surface finish: Smooth outer film; raised bubble profile on inner surfaces
  • Color: Clear / transparent (standard); pink anti-static available
  • Seal type: Heat-sealed side and bottom seams
