Novoplan 21 Fast Hardening Self-Levelling Smoothing Compound

Novoplan 21 is a fast-hardening, self-levelling cementitious smoothing compound designed for interior applications. Engineered to provide a perfectly smooth underlayment, it prepares new or existing substrates for the installation of PVC, linoleum, rubber, cork, textile and non-woven flooring in high-traffic commercial and public areas.

Suitable for interior levelling and smoothing of:

Installation Overview

1. Ensure substrate is dry, clean, and structurally sound.

2. Prime substrate with appropriate MAPEI primer if required.

3. Mix 25kg bag with clean water using a low-speed mixer.

4. Apply in a single coat (1–5mm) with trowel or pump.

5. Flooring installation after full drying (24–48 hours).

Important Limitations

• For interior use only

• Not suitable for wood or parquet flooring installation

• Do not apply below 1mm thickness

• Do not use on wooden substrates
