The Image 83X bring a new dimension of reality and convenience to a flush-mount design.
These three-way in-wall surround speakers with a port tuned enclosure feature a unique adjustable tweeter that allow for
the creation of custom enveloping sound fields and localized effects without disrupting the décor in your home.
While a 4”x6” woven carbon fiber cone mid-range elliptical driver delivers a wider dispersion of sound and vocal clarity,
tonal adjustments can be made in ±3dB increments for even the most peculiar tastes.
Designed for surround use in 5.1 and 2-channel systems, the Imãge-83X employs a high quality 8" woven carbon fiber cone woofer
with butyl rubber surrounds and a corrective phase plug for the most precise and accurate bass that you will ever hear from an in-wall speaker.
It also features a 1" swiveling silk dome neodymium tweeter for enhanced high frequency.
For the home installers and Do-It-Yourselfers, the Imãge-83X comes standard with Earthquake's Turn-N-Lock™ mechanism making
your installations safe and secure. They also come with paintable grilles and trim, spring loaded terminals, and a removable back box
to help eliminate sound that may pass through walls and into other rooms.
