Ammonia Free
Shortens the perming time by no pre-softening and no rinsing on the 1st lotion
Contains Promois Silk to give moisture, strength and silky texture to the hair
Can be used for both cold and hot perm
Direction of use
Step 1
Shampooing, towel dry the hair evenly while leaving 20% of moisture
Apply Milae Silk Texture Perm 1 and wind hair on perm rods
Rinsing is NOT necessary for Step 1
Wait for 20 minutes before proceeding to Step 2
Step 2
After taking test curl you are ready for the Milae Neutralizer 2
Directly apply the Neutralizer 2 and leave for 5-10 minutes
