• The Materials Science and Engineering (Chinese-taught) undergraduate programme is delivered in Chinese and covers Landscape Design, Landscape Plant Science, History of Landscape Architecture, Fundamentals of Ecology, Landscape Engineering, Urban Green Space System Planning, Landscape Ecology, and Landscape Architecture Planning and Design, building foundations in Landscape Design, Landscape Plant Science, History of Landscape Architecture, Fundamentals of Ecology, Landscape Engineering, Urban Green Space System Planning, Landscape Ecology, and Landscape Architecture Planning and Design through coursework and projects (aligned with “Core subjects” and the application process below; modules follow programme notices).

Career pathways (overview)

• Graduates may pursue roles in new materials and advanced materials manufacturing enterprises, electronic information and semiconductor materials enterprises, chemical and materials processing enterprises, and research institutes and testing organisations, including materials preparation and characterisation support, materials property testing and process technology support, R&D assistant and project coordination, subject to employers’ requirements and recruitment policies.
• They may also pursue further postgraduate study in materials science and engineering, materials physics and chemistry, materials science, chemistry, metallurgical engineering, and related MA/PhD programmes, subject to admissions.
