DTXA Series – High Functionality Type Screw Cap Torque Testers

High Functionality Type Screw Cap Torque Testers (Torque Gauge) with capacity of 50N-cm to 1000N-cm (10N-m). Capable of measuring opening and closing torque of container lids such as PET bottles and jars.

High Functionality Type Screw Cap Torque Testers

High-function screw cap torque tester has capacity of 50N-cm to 1000N-cm (10N-m). Capable of measuring opening and closing torque of container lids such as PET bottles and jars. In addition to the high measurement repeatability by high-speed sampling and various data output methods of the standard type (DTXS series), it features angle input/output and USB memory connection. Next Series with firmware Ver. 5 or later offers improved measurement stability due to low noise, and expandability and convenience through additional functions (firmware download) and various software and instruction manual from the dedicated website (IMADA-Connected .com).

High Sampling Rate

High sampling rate (2000Hz) for accurate results, capturing small changes and accurate peak values by following rapid changes of torque.

Opening / Closing Torque

Ideal for measuring opening/closing torque of various samples such as bottles and bins.

Easy-To-Read Display

Reduces risk of misreading values with easy-to-read high luminance organic EL display. Allows customers to customize the contents for the three sections of the display screen.

Various Attachments

Handles a wide range of samples with various optional tables and attachments.

Additional Functions

Equips additional functions such as angle I/O (angle meter required), direct connection to USB flash drive, and 1st and 2nd peak value detection.

Internal Memory

Saves data to the internal memory. (Max.1000 data)
Enables to print out the all saved data by using RS232C printer.

Enables To Measure Various Samples By Various Attachments

Changeable pins, tables and attachments. The users can choose the most suitable combination for their sample.

High Repeatability By High Speed Sampling

The high speed data sampling rate (2000 data / sec) captures momentary force and digitizes it.
