This 5,000 sq ft workplace was designed for a multinational corporation seeking a contemporary office that balances functionality, collaboration, and a refined corporate identity. The client envisioned a minimalist environment with timeless appeal, incorporating subtle shades of blue to reinforce its brand presence while creating a calm and professional atmosphere. Delivered as a complete turnkey project within just 10 weeks, KHD managed the entire journey—from authority submissions, design development, construction, and final handover—ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
The design embraces modern minimalism through clean architectural lines, uncluttered spaces, and a carefully curated material palette. Soft shades of blue are introduced throughout the workplace as feature elements, adding depth and personality without overwhelming the space. Warm timber finishes, neutral tones, glass partitions, and integrated lighting create an environment that feels bright, welcoming, and sophisticated.
