QA-8DO I/O Digital Interface
The QEED QA-8DO is a Modbus RTU slave output module with 8 SPDT relay outputs. It is designed as an I/O expansion module for master systems such as PLC, HMI, Panel PC, SCADA, BMS, EMS and industrial IoT platforms.
The module communicates through RS485 Modbus RTU and can be DIN-rail mounted. It supports relay-based control, alarm output, remote switching and automation expansion where multiple digital outputs are required from a Modbus master system.

Overview
QA-8DO is used when a Modbus master system needs to control multiple relay outputs remotely. The 8 relay outputs can be used for alarms, control commands, equipment enable signals, remote switching and interlocking applications.
The module can be connected through RS485 terminals or through an optional T-BUS base connection. The T-BUS option can carry power and serial communication between modules, simplifying panel wiring when several QEED modules are installed together.

Configuration and Control Functions
The QA-8DO can be configured using the free FACILE QA-8DO software. Configuration can be done through the micro USB port or through the RS485 connection. The module can be configured from a PC, and settings can be saved to file and later transferred to the device.
