[ UC-1012 ] Ultra Clear Vinyl

UC-1012 Ultra Clear Vinyl is a professional-grade, optically clear adhesive film used primarily for high-end window graphics and glass displays. This material is designed to be "invisible" on unprinted areas, making graphics appear as if they are printed directly onto the glass.

Technical Specifications

• Film Thickness: 100 microns. This premium thickness provides better stability and easier handling than cheaper 80-micron clear films.

• Liner: PET (Polyester) Clear Liner. Unlike paper liners, the PET liner is perfectly smooth, which ensures the adhesive stays glass-smooth and maintains "optical clarity."

• Finish: Ultra Glossy / Optically Transparent.

• Adhesive: Removable or Semi-Permanent Ultra-Clear Acrylic Glue. It is designed to be removed without leaving sticky residue on glass.

• Ink Compatibility: Best suited for UV-Curable, Latex, and Eco-Solvent inks.
