Can I use the 3.5mm jack and the RCA audio at the same time? Yes, they are independent ports. However, your amplifier or mixer will usually only play whichever input you have selected. This plate provides the flexibility to choose either.
Is it difficult to install? Not at all! Since it uses Pass-Through couplers, you simply plug your in-wall cables into the back of each module before screwing the plate to the wall.
