POLY FITTINGS
Poly pipe (polyethylene/PE) fittings are used to join, branch, or alter the direction of poly pipes. They are widely used for municipal water supplies, agricultural irrigation, and drainage systems due to their flexibility, leak-resistance, and high resistance to rust and chemicals.
Common Types of Poly Fittings
- Compression Fittings: Ideal for residential and DIY setups (common in Malaysia), these require no special tools. You simply tighten the nut by hand or with a wrench to lock the pipe in place via an internal compression ring. [
