This customer had been facing an electrical issue after using the power points for about six months. The plugs and sockets started to burn, and they also experienced frequent power trips

After our inspection, we found that the main cause was due to the looping point wiring method, which was not suitable for a high-power usage environment.

As this is a hair salon, the hair dryers can consume up to 2800W each. When two or three hair dryers are used at the same time, the cable load becomes too high, which can cause the cable to overheat and eventually burn the plug and socket.

To improve safety and stability, we decided to run a new direct cable from each point back to a new DB Box. This allows every plug switch socket to have better load capacity, higher durability, and safer long-term usage.

Electrical work is not only about making it work.
It is also about making sure it is safe, stable, and durable for daily use.
