INGREDIENTS:
Picked Radish (44%) , Palm Oil [contain Antioxidant (319)], Soya Sauce, Oyster Flavoured Sauce, Sugar, Garlic, Soya Protein , Flavour Enchance (E621), Acidity Regulatort (E325), Modified Starch, Salt, Preservatives (E211), Thickener (415).
 
PREPARATION:
Steaming fish with MASFOOD Preserved Radish Paste (cooking method)
- Steam 800gram fish in 10 minutes, then pour out the water from the plate. After that pour 1 packet of MASFOOD Preserved Radish Paste on the fish, cover the pot and steam the fish for 3 minutes. Enjoy it when hot. (This cooking method is also suitable for steaming tofu).

Braising diced meat with preserved Radish Paste (cooking method)
Pour 1 packet of MASFOOD Preserved Radish Paste, 100ml of water and 1 kg of diced meat in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes. You can enjoy it while hot. (MASFOOD Preserved Radish Paste is also suitable for braising ribs/other meats - but the time is 30 minutes.)

Stir-frying egg with preserved Radish Paste (cooking method)
Stir well with 1 tablespoon of MASFOOD Preserved Radish Paste and 2 nos of eggs. After heating the pan, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, pour the stirred preserved radish and egg mix into the pan and stir-fry until cooked well enjoy while hot.
