I. All warranty services take effect from the date of shipment.
II. Return shipping costs incurred during the warranty period shall be borne by both parties as mutually agreed.
3. The warranty does not cover the following:
A. Spare parts supplied with the product are considered consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
B. Damage to instruments or equipment caused by human factors, failure to follow operating procedures, or force majeure (such as earthquakes)
is not covered by the warranty.
C. Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly or modification of the instrument under abnormal conditions is not covered by the warranty.
A. If repairs are performed within the warranty period, the warranty period will be extended from the original expiration date. If parts are replaced, the warranty period for the replaced parts will be recalculated and will be 12 months.
B. After the warranty period has expired, any repairs or replacements will incur corresponding hardware and service fees.
