PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SikaTop® Seal-109 MY is a high-performance, polymer-modified, two-part cementitious waterproofing coating. Engineered for flexibility, it is specifically designed to waterproof structures prone to increased movements and cracking. This impermeable coating provides a robust moisture barrier while decreasing carbon dioxide penetration, helping to protect the underlying structure from environmental degradation.
As a non-toxic, cement-based solution, it is an ideal choice for residential and commercial "wet areas," such as bathrooms and balconies. It offers excellent adhesion to sound substrates and superior crack-bridging capabilities, ensuring long-term watertight integrity even in demanding conditions.
