The workforce of today is diverse, fast-changing, and driven by new expectations of leadership. Leaders must move beyond traditional command-and-control approaches and build cultures grounded in self-awareness, psychological safety, and meaningful engagement.
This program equips leaders with practical strategies to strengthen self-awareness, support employee wellness, drive engagement through communication, and establish leadership routines that deliver long-term impact. With role plays, peer feedback, and action planning, participants will leave ready to lead with purpose and resilience in the modern workplace.

- Shaping leadership behaviors to meet new workforce expectations
- Key Activity: Self-reflection exercise – “Leadership Mirror”
Module 2: Employee Wellness and Psychological Safety
- Recognizing burnout, stress, and early signs of depression
- Having safe and supportive conversations with employees
- Creating psychological safety and trust in teams
- Key Activity: Role-play simulation
Module 3: Driving Engagement through Communication and Feedback
- Importance of responding to & anticipating questions and enabling two-way communication
- Providing fast and constructive feedback
- Enabling engagement through peer learning and positive team interactions
- Key Activity: Peer feedback circle: Practice giving and receiving fast feedback in a structured format to promote openness and learning.
Module 4: Building Routines and Action Planning for Leadership Success
- Creating meaningful leadership routines that support team energy and performance
- Leveraging digital platforms for engagement and learning
- Leading with purpose: being comfortable with the “WHY”
- Key Activity: Action planning workshop on Leadership Routine Blueprint
