CORRUGATED SINGLE FACER ROLL ( B FLUTE )

Corrugated single facer roll (B flute) is a continuous roll of single-face corrugated board consisting of a fluted (wave-shaped) corrugated medium bonded to a single flat liner sheet on one side only, leaving the fluted profile exposed on the opposite side. The B flute profile is a specific corrugation size standard characterised by its relatively fine, closely spaced flutes that provide excellent crush resistance, stacking strength, and surface smoothness in a thinner overall board profile. In roll form, single facer corrugated is used as a wrapping, interleaving, cushioning, and protective packaging material that combines the rigidity and impact protection of corrugated board with the flexibility and conformability of a roll format.
