The HD800 Mid-Size Double Shaft Shredder Machine is designed for the primary size reduction of bulky and mixed waste. Its two counter-rotating cutter shafts grip, tear and shear materials into smaller, more manageable pieces for recycling, disposal or secondary crushing.
Powered by two 22 kW motors and two ZQ500 gear reducers, the HD800 operates at a low cutter shaft speed of 19 rpm, providing strong and controlled shredding performance. It is equipped with 28 pieces of 9CrSi alloy tool steel blades, a Ø150 mm main shaft and a large 1,000 × 800 mm feeding hopper.
This mid-size industrial shredder is suitable for processing plastic products, wood waste, paper, cardboard, kitchen waste, selected metal products and mixed industrial waste. Material suitability depends on its size, thickness, hardness and composition; sample testing is recommended before confirming the machine.
Operating on 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, the HD800 is suitable for factories, recycling centres, plastic manufacturers and waste-processing businesses.
