UEC Students must meet the minimum entry requirements for the course applied.

• The scholarship will be disbursed over two semesters (second and last semester) during the programme and fully disbursed on and/before the Award Duration subject always to the sole and absolute discretion of the HCUC whenever it deems fit and proper.
