Applications are welcome for both Foundation and Undergraduate programs. Eligible candidates can apply for Foundation in Science or Foundation in Business, leading to any of the following undergraduate degrees:

  • Quantity Surveying

Criteria

Academic eligibility includes:

  • A-levels/STPM: ABB
  • IB: 30 points
  • CPU/ATAR: 80%
  • UEC: 10 points
  • Foundation: HWUM Foundation: Average 'A'
  • Foundation Requirements: SPM 6As and above / IGCSE 5As and above

Additional selection criteria include:
