Nottingham Dean's Excellence Scholarship

The Dean's Excellence Scholarships (DES) provide a 25% fee reduction, awarded to top-performing students at each academic year's progression point.

• Applicants must rank within the top 2% of their school's student population
• Foundation program students need to achieve a minimum average score of 85% throughout their foundation studies

• Students who initially entered without a High Achievers' Scholarship may qualify for DES based on exceptional academic performance in their current program
• Eligibility for subsequent years requires meeting specific performance criteria
• Students receiving other UNM scholarships or external sponsorships are not eligible for this reduction
• The scholarship covers one academic year, with renewal dependent on making the Dean's list in subsequent years
• Undergraduate recipients must maintain an annual average of at least 80% to retain scholarship eligibility
