Description 

KTH MICACEOUS IRON OXIDE is a high-performance single component alkyd solvent-based paint. It has good protection against general corrosive environment. It gives sparkling metallic low gloss finishing to protected surfaces.

Uses

As a primer for gloss enamel topcoat or it can be used as a topcoat in a multi-coat coating system. Most suitable for use on steel surfaces where protection against atmospheric corrosion environment is required.

Surface Preparation

Steel substrate must be completely dry and free from rust, mill scale, dirt, grease, and other contaminants before painting. For maximum adhesion and durability of paint performance, all bare metals should be prepared by meant of hand tools.

Safety Precaution

1. This product is flammable.
2. Keep away from sources of ignition.
3. Keep container tightly closed and keep out of reach of children.
4. Wear suitable personal protective clothing during painting.
5. Ensure adequate ventilation.
6. Do not breathe or inhale spray mist.
7. Do not apply when the relative humidity exceeds 85%.
8. Avoid skin and eye contact. Spillage on the skin should be removed immediately with cleanser, soap, and water. The eye should be well flushed with water and seek medical advice immediately if discomfort persists.
