- Installation Method: Step 1 Measure Wall & Plan Frame Structure
Start by measuring the wall area where the Light Stone panel will be installed. Plan the metal or aluminium frame structure according to the panel size to ensure proper support and alignment.
Step 2 Fabricate Aluminium / Metal Frame
Construct a strong aluminium or metal bracket frame that will act as the base structure for the panel installation. The frame must be stable and securely fixed to the wall.
Step 3 Install LED Light Strips
Attach LED light strips evenly across the metal frame. Ensure the lighting distribution is balanced to achieve a uniform backlit effect behind the Light Stone panel.
Step 4 Maintain LED Distance Gap
Leave a gap of approximately 3050 mm between the LED lighting and the Light Stone panel to allow proper light diffusion and prevent uneven lighting spots.
Step 5 Cut Panel to Required Size
Measure and cut the Light Stone panel according to the required dimensions using appropriate cutting tools.
Step 6 Install Panel onto Frame
Carefully place the Light Stone panel onto the metal frame. Align the panel properly and secure it using screws or fasteners to ensure a stable installation.
Step 7 Final Testing & Finishing
Turn on the LED lighting system to test the backlit effect. Check for even light distribution and ensure the panel installation is secure before completing the finishing.
