Kingbond Latex 88 is a cement modifier based on styrene and butadiene. This product is specially formulated using state-of-the-art technology from Germany to provide high standard of mechanical strength. When added into cement and mortar, it will permeate into the gap between cement and aggregate, that will create finer texture in cement and mortar and further enhance waterproofing and durability for the cement. Besides, it also protects concrete from the osmosis of water and to avoid the corrosion of reinforcement and aging of the cement. Latex-88 improves the flow properties, workability, adhesion of the cement and mortar.
