The OMRON CPM2A Series Programmable Controllers are powerful PLCs designed for small automation systems.
The series has CPU models with 20, 30, 40, or 60 I/O points.
Each CPU can connect up to 3 expansion I/O modules.
It has a built-in serial port for easier programming and communication.
It can connect to CompoBus/S using the CPM1A-SRT21 CompoBus/S I/O Link Module with 8 inputs and 8 outputs.
It can also connect to PROFIBUS-DP using the CPM1A-PRT21 Profibus-DP Component Module with 16 inputs and 16 outputs.
