An anti-drip system is defined by its ability to manage phase changes—when hot grease vapors cool down and turn back into liquid. We achieve this through a combination of material science and precision fabrication.
1. Liquid-Tight "Zero-Leak" Construction
Standard mechanical seams (Pittsburgh or Snap-locks) are designed for air, not liquids. Over time, grease seeps through these folds.
Continuous Longitudinal Welds: We utilize fully penetrated TIG or MIG welds along the entire length of the duct. This creates a monolithic steel tube that is physically incapable of leaking, even if it becomes partially filled with liquid grease.
Internal "Lapped" Girth Joints: When joining sections, we utilize a shingle-lap design where the upstream section fits inside the downstream section. This ensures that gravity pulls the grease toward the next joint rather than pushing it against the seal.
2. Engineered Slope and Drainage Logic
Stagnant grease is the primary cause of leakage. If grease doesn't move, it finds a way out.
Mandatory Pitch (Slope): We engineer all horizontal runs with a minimum slope of 1:50 (approx. 20mm per meter) toward the hood or a dedicated collection point.
