Indications:

Metronidazole is used to treat various infections, including:

• Urogenital trichomoniasis

• Intestinal and extraintestinal amoebiasis

• Giardiasis

• Acute ulcerative gingivitis and dental infections

• Anaerobic infections such as leg ulcers and pressure sores

• Prophylaxis of anaerobic infections

Instructions:

• Take 1 tablet orally, 2–3 times daily, during or after meals.

• Swallow whole with half a glass of water.

• Complete the full course as prescribed, even if symptoms improve early.

• Avoid alcohol during treatment and for at least 48 hours after completing the course to prevent adverse reactions.
