- Material: Manufactured from high-density Mixed Hard Wood (MHW) including meranti, kapur, keruing, kempas and other tropical hardwood specieseach chosen for strength, impact resistance, and durability under industrial loads.
The hardwood construction ensures high nail-holding power, reduced cracking, long-term stiffness, and strong performance even in humid or high-frequency usage environments.

- Design & Drawing Scope: We provide full pallet engineering support including structural design, strength calculation, runner configuration, deck board thickness selection, and load-distribution analysis.
Design options include 2-way entry runner pallet, reinforced bottom boards, chamfered edges for safe forklift entry, and custom deck spacing for different industries.
Each design ensures proper forklift lift points, centre-of-gravity stability, and secure attachment for strapping and stretch-wrapping.
- Customisation & Service: Available customisations include: runner reinforcement, thicker top boards, double-deck structure, chamfer edges, fumigation, heat treatment (HT) for ISPM 15, kiln drying, logo stenciling, and custom pallet height or width for OEM requirements.
