VersiDrain P-Anchor

VersiDrain P-Anchor is a lightweight under screed drainage mat installed between the structural slab and the screed. It drains entrapped water in the finishes’ cement screed via perforations in the mat to the drainage channel.

Implementing drainage within the floor layers reduces efflorescence that occurs due to the migration of water and salts from the screed to the floor surface. It also reduces cracking of the screed and the floor surface, caused by the pressure build-up from efflorescence.
