ACPSB-P / ACPSE-P – Falcon Rooftop Units are commercial rooftop HVAC (air-conditioning) packaged units manufactured by Dunham-Bush, designed for outdoor installation on building rooftops to provide both cooling and heating for large spaces like offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, factories and supermarkets.
These rooftop units are part of the Falcon series and combine all major HVAC components — compressor, condenser, evaporator and controls — into a single packaged outdoor system.
Cooling capacity: typically ~29 to 1438 MBH (approx. 9 to 422 kW) depending on model.
Heating capacity: around ~27 to 1260 MBH (approx. 8 to 369 kW) for heat-pump capable units.
Designed for 50 Hz or 60 Hz electrical systems (region-dependent).
High-efficiency scroll compressors for quieter operation and reliable performance.
Outdoor-rated rugged construction suitable for rooftop environments.
Low noise and energy efficiency with good EER/SEER performance.
Multiple compressor stages on larger models for capacity control and redundancy.
Optional add-ons such as:
