Solar radiation hits the metal roof, heating the air inside to temperatures often 10°C to 15°C higher than the outdoors. Effective Warehouse Heat Extraction is the M&E process of physically removing this high-level thermal energy and replacing it with cooler, denser air.

To cool a large volume, we must address the "Thermal Layering" that occurs within the building envelope.
Hot air is buoyant; it rises and traps itself at the ceiling.
The Solution: We install HVLS (High-Volume, Low-Speed) Fans. These massive fans push the hot air downward, breaking the "stratification" layer. This forces the heat toward the walls and floor, where it can be captured by extraction fans.
Natural convection is the most sustainable form of heat removal.
The Solution: We install Gravity Ridge Ventilators at the highest point of the roof. As the air heats up and rises, it escapes through the ridge, creating a natural vacuum that pulls cooler air in through low-level louvers.
In factories with high-heat machinery or deep floor plans, passive air movement isn't enough.
The Solution: We use Powered Axial Roof Extractors. These are high-capacity fans ($CMH$) that mechanically "spill" the hot air out, ensuring a guaranteed Air Change Rate (ACR) regardless of the outside wind speed.
Extraction is only one half of the "Building Lung." For every cubic meter of hot air removed, a cubic meter of fresh air must enter.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Modulation:
We integrate VSD/VFDs into all extraction motors. This allows the system to ramp up during the 2:00 PM peak heat and slow down during the night shift, eliminating "Inrush Current" and slashing your TNB electricity bills.
Positive Pressure Management:
To keep your warehouse clean, we calibrate the Make-up Air (MUA) to be slightly higher than the extraction. This creates Positive Pressure, which physically prevents KL street dust and humid "unconditioned" air from being sucked in through loading bays.
Structural Waterproofing:
Given Malaysia's intense monsoon rains, we utilize industrial-grade Pitch Pockets and custom flashing for all rooftop penetrations, ensuring your heat extraction system never becomes a source of leaks.
