We install ports for LEL sensors within the ductwork. These sensors are interlocked with the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) on your extraction fan. If VOC concentrations rise toward dangerous levels, the system automatically ramps up the airflow to dilute the stream, preventing an explosive atmosphere from forming.

Condensate and "Run-off" Management:

VOCs can condense back into liquid form if the ducting is too cold. We engineer our VOC runs with a slight pitch toward Collection Sumps and utilize high-density thermal insulation to keep the air stream above the "Dew Point," preventing liquid solvents from pooling in the bottom of the duct.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) Interfacing:

Abatement systems like RTOs operate at extreme temperatures. We provide the specialized High-Temperature Transitions and isolation dampers required to connect your factory exhaust to the treatment unit, ensuring thermal expansion does not damage the mechanical seals.
