For Masonry/Walls: * Sealer: 1 coat of Nippon 5200 Wall Sealer or 8000 Advanced Sealer.

Cleanliness: Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from dirt, grease, oil, and other contaminants before painting.
Old Paint Removal: Remove all loose, defective, or powdery paint residues and fungal growth using high-pressure water jetting or wire brushing.
Repairing Defects: Repair cracks or uneven surfaces with a suitable filler (e.g., Nippon Multi-Purpose Joint Compound). Sand smooth once dry.
Moisture Content: For masonry, ensure the moisture content is below 16% (measured by protimeter) and alkalinity is below pH 9.
Sanding: For wood and metal, lightly sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper to improve adhesion, then wipe away all dust.
