Paint Type: Water-based Acrylic.
Finishing: Matt White.
Drying Time: Touch Dry in 15 minutes; Hard Dry in 1 hour (at 28–32°C).
Recoating Interval: Minimum 2 hours.
Theoretical Coverage: 10 – 12 m² per litre per coat (dependent on surface porosity).
Volume Solid: ~34%.
Shelf Life: Up to 36 months in a tightly sealed container.
Application Method: Can be applied using a brush, roller, or conventional air spray.
Thinning: Dilute with a maximum of 5% water for brush and roller application; for conventional spray, dilute up to 10–15% water if necessary.
Cleaning: Clean all tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use to prevent the paint from hardening.
Standard Interior Wall:
Sealer: 1 coat of 3200 Interior Sealer.
Topcoat: 2 coats of Nippon Interior Products (e.g., Vinilex Fresh, Satin Glo, or Matex).
For High-Alkalinity Surfaces:
Sealer: 1–2 coats of 3200 Interior Sealer (ensure the first coat is fully dry before the second).
Topcoat: 2 coats of Nippon Premium Interior Emulsion.
Dryness & Alkalinity: Ensure the masonry surface is thoroughly dry. Moisture content should be below 16% (protimeter) and alkalinity below pH 9.
General Cleaning: Remove all dirt, grease, oil, and other contaminants using a damp cloth or mild detergent if necessary.
Treatment of Old Walls: For previously painted surfaces, remove all loose, flaking, or powdery paint film by scraping or wire brushing.
Contaminant Removal: Treat any areas affected by fungus or algae with a fungicidal wash solution and allow them to dry completely before sealing.
Surface Leveling: Repair cracks, holes, or uneven patches with a suitable interior filler (such as Nippon Matex Putty). Sand smooth once dry.
