Standard System: * Sealer (1 Coat):

Textured System:
Sealer (1 Coat): Acrylic 5170 Wall Sealer.
Textured Coat (1 Coat): Tilelac Ema Base.
Topcoat (2 Coats): Acrylic Finish / Polyurethane Finish / Weatherbond.
Treatment of Infestations: Any area affected by fungus or algae must be treated with Nippon Fungicidal Wash and allowed to dry completely.
Repair & Patching: Fill cracks and uneven surfaces with a suitable exterior-grade putty or filler.
Chalky Surfaces: For old, powdery, or chalky surfaces, use a high-pressure water jet to remove unstable paint films before applying the sealer to ensure deep penetration and adhesion.
