Wall Inspection: Ensure the substrate is structurally sound, dry, and free from any cracks or surface defects.
Cleaning: The surface must be thoroughly cleaned of dust, oil, grease, or any loose, peeling paint that could affect adhesion.
Leveling: Use a suitable interior filler to repair any holes or unevenness, followed by fine sanding to achieve a smooth finish.
Environmental Factors: Confirm the wall moisture content is below 16% and the alkalinity level is below pH 9 before applying the primer.
Preparation Area: Ensure the workspace is dust-free and well-ventilated to prevent airborne particles from settling on the textured finish during the drying process.
