Nippon Paint Weatherbond® Hi-Gloss is a premium, pure acrylic-based exterior paint that offers a durable, smooth, and luxurious glossy finish, designed to keep exterior walls looking glossier for longer. It is specifically formulated with Quartz Technology and a UV protector to provide superior protection and excellent color and gloss retention. Additionally, its Colour Care Technology ensures a richer and longer-lasting appearance. This paint acts as a tough shield against harsh tropical weather, offering 12 years of protection while resisting dirt, fungus, and algae. It also features Keep Clean Technology to reduce visible watermarks and Sunblock Technology to help reduce surface temperatures.

Application Method: Apply using a high-quality Brush or Roller.
Dilution: Ready for use. If necessary, dilute with no more than 5% water to maintain the gloss level and film thickness.
Cleaning: Clean all painting equipment with clean water immediately after use.
Note: Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
Sealer/Primer (1 Coat): 8100 Weatherbond Sealer / 5100 Wall Sealer / 8000 Advance Wall Sealer / Expresskote Sealer. For powdery or skim-coated surfaces, use Hi-Bond Wall Sealer or Acrylic 5170 Wall Sealer.
Topcoat (2 Coats): Weatherbond Hi-Gloss.
General Cleaning: Surface must be dry, clean, and free from grease, oil, dust, and loose matter.
Defect Removal: Remove all loose or defective paint and powdery residues by scraping or high-pressure water jetting.
Biological Treatment: Treat areas affected by fungus or algae growth with a suitable fungicidal wash solution.
Repair: Fill cracks and uneven surfaces with exterior-grade fillers and sand until smooth.
Moisture & Alkalinity: Ensure wall moisture content is below 16% (protimeter) and alkalinity is below pH 9 before application. New walls should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days.
