Nippon Paint Q-Lac Gloss Finish is a high-performance, solvent-based alkyd enamel paint designed to provide a smooth and tough decorative finish for both interior and exterior surfaces.

Recoating Interval: Minimum 8 hours
Theoretical Coverage: 9 – 11 m² per litre per coat

Application Method: Apply using a Brush, Roller, Conventional Air Spray, or Airless Spray.
Cleaning: Clean all painting equipment with thinner or turpentine immediately after use.
For Wood Surfaces:
Primer (1 Coat): 9000 Aluminium Wood Primer.
Undercoat (1 Coat): 9000 Speed Undercoat / Economy Undercoat.
Topcoat (2 Coats):
For Metal (Steel/Iron) Surfaces:
Primer (1 Coat): Red Oxide Primer / Zinc Chromate Primer.
Undercoat (1 Coat): 9000 Speed Undercoat / Economy Undercoat.
Topcoat (2 Coats): Q-Lac Gloss Finish.
Wood: Surface must be dry and free from dirt, grease, and other contaminants. Smoothen the surface with suitable sandpaper and clean off dust. Scraped or bare areas should be spot-primed with a wood primer.
Metal: Surface must be dry and free from grease and rust. Ferrous substrates should be sanded or wire-brushed to remove mill scale and rust. Clean off dust and apply a metal primer immediately to prevent re-rusting.
