Nippon Paint 5100 Wall Sealer is a water-based styrene acrylic sealer specifically formulated for use on exterior and interior masonry surfaces. It is designed to protect the finishing coats against the effects of alkalinity and efflorescence from the substrate, which can cause paint discoloration or peeling. This sealer provides a solid foundation by improving the adhesion between the substrate and the subsequent topcoat. It is an environmentally friendly choice with low VOC content and low odor, making it suitable for both residential and commercial projects. Its high-performance formula ensures that the final paint finish remains vibrant and durable over time.
