Nippon Paint 5400 Exterior Sealer is a water-based styrene acrylic sealer specifically formulated for use on exterior masonry surfaces. It serves as an essential foundational coat designed to protect the finishing layers against the damaging effects of alkalinity and efflorescence from the substrate. This sealer provides a uniform surface that improves the adhesion of topcoats while enhancing the overall color vibrancy and durability of the paint system.
