Nippon Paint Momento® Stone Art Clear Coat is a premium water-based clear topcoat specifically formulated to protect and enhance the natural beauty of the Momento Stone Art series. This protective coating provides a tough, durable, and dirt-resistant shield that extends the lifespan of decorative stone-textured finishes. It is engineered with excellent water resistance and weatherability, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. The clear coat dries to a subtle finish that preserves the authentic stone look while making the surface much easier to clean and maintain. It is a low VOC and low odor product, ensuring a safer environment during and after application.

Thinning: Ready for use (Thinning is not recommended to maintain protective properties)

Application Method: Apply using a high-quality Brush or Roller.
Dilution: The product is supplied ready to use. If thinning is absolutely necessary for workability, add no more than 5% clean water.
Cleaning: Clean all painting tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use.
Note: Ensure the base decorative Stone Art layer is completely dry (at least 24 hours) before applying the Clear Coat.
Textured Base: Momento Stone Art (applied according to specifications).
Clear Topcoat (1-2 Coats): Momento Stone Art Clear Coat.
Base Layer Condition: The underlying Momento Stone Art texture must be fully cured, dry, and free from any loose particles or dust.
General Cleaning: Ensure the surface is clean and free from grease, oil, or environmental contaminants.
Environmental Factors: Do not apply the clear coat if rain is expected within 4 hours (for exterior) or if the relative humidity is higher than 85%.
Protection: Cover surrounding areas to prevent accidental splatters, as the clear coat can be difficult to remove once fully dried.
