Nippon Paint Nipposeal Anti-Leak Waterproof Clear is a high-performance, single-component, water-based clear waterproofing coating. It is specifically designed to provide a transparent, seamless, and flexible membrane that prevents water penetration without altering the original appearance of the substrate. This product is ideal for treating leakages on tiled areas, such as balconies, bathrooms, and kitchens, as well as on natural stone and concrete surfaces. It features excellent adhesion, UV resistance, and weatherability, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Its clear finish ensures that the beauty of decorative tiles or stone remains visible while providing a durable, waterproof shield.

Thinning: Ready for use (Dilution is not recommended for maximum waterproofing)

Application Method: Apply using a Brush or Roller.
Dilution: Ready for use after thorough stirring. Do not dilute with water as it will reduce the film thickness and waterproofing effectiveness.
Cleaning: Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
Note: Do not apply when rain is imminent or when the surface temperature is extremely high. Ensure each coat is completely dry before applying the next.
Primer (Optional): Usually not required as it is self-priming on porous substrates.

Application Tip: Pay special attention to tile joints and grout lines, ensuring they are fully saturated with the coating.
General Cleaning: Surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, and free from dirt, grease, oil, wax, and loose matter.
Grout Inspection: Ensure all tile grouts are intact. If grouts are missing or cracked, they should be repaired with suitable waterproof grout filler and allowed to cure before coating.
Dryness: The substrate must be completely dry before application. Moisture trapped beneath the film may cause cloudiness or blistering.
Fungus/Algae: Treat any biological growth with a fungicidal wash and scrub clean before application.
