Nippon Paint Roof Primer is a high-performance, water-based acrylic primer specifically formulated for various types of roofing substrates. Application Method: Apply using a high-quality Brush, Roller, or Conventional Air Spray.
Dilution: Stir thoroughly before use. The product is ready to use, but a maximum of 5% water can be added for better workability on extremely porous tiles.
Cleaning: Clean all painting equipment with clean water immediately after use.
Note: Do not apply during wet weather or if rain is expected within 2 hours of application.

Biological Treatment: Treat areas affected by heavy fungus or algae growth with a suitable fungicidal wash solution and rinse thoroughly.
Repair: Replace any cracked or damaged roof tiles. Ensure all ridge capping and mortar joints are intact and repaired before priming.
