Description

Dulux Woodcare Timbercolour gives exterior surfaces such as timber, galvanized iron
gutters and downpipes a low sheen finish with long lasting colours.
This water-based acrylic paint offers good algae and fungus resistance. Dulux Woodcare
Timbercolour also protects surfaces against cracking, flaking and peeling.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Make sure that the surface to be painted is clean, dry, free
from any defects or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease or wax, etc.
REMOVE RESIDUE: All surfaces should be rubbed down with suitable abrasive paper in the direction of the wood grain and dusted off.
CLEAN SURFACE: Use Dulux Fungicidal Wash to treat areas affected by mould, algae, lichen or moss. For wood surfaces, no primer or undercoat is required. For Galvanised iron to be primed with Dulux Galvprime to ensure good adhesion.
NOTE: Always keep doors and windows fully open during application and drying.
 
Treatments such as sanding, burning off etc of paint films may generate hazardous dust and/or fumes.
Wet sanding/ flatting should be used wherever possible.
Work in well ventilated areas.
Use suitable personal protection equipment.
Wear eye/hand protection.
Do not breathe vapour/ spray.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.
Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Remove as much paints as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
IF ON SKIN (or hair)- Take off immediately all contaminated clothing.
Rinse skin with water or shower and soap or a proprietary skin cleanser. Do not use solvents or thinners.
Do not empty into water course.
Safety data sheet available for professional user on request.
In case of fire use foam, dry powder, AFFF or CO2 fire extinguisher- Never use water jet.
If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
