Evaporative Cooling (also known as Adiabatic Cooling or "Air Washers") is the M&E solution that provides a physical temperature drop of 3°C to 8°C at a fraction of the operating cost of a chiller.

Evaporative cooling doesn't use chemical refrigerants. Instead, it uses the natural endothermic reaction of water turning into vapor.
The Cooling Pad: Hot, dry outside air is pulled through thick, water-saturated cellulose pads.
The Energy Exchange: As the air passes through, it evaporates the water. This process consumes "Sensible Heat" from the air, causing the air temperature to drop significantly before it enters the warehouse.
The Result: You receive 100% fresh, filtered, and cooled air. Unlike AC, which recirculates stale air, this system constantly flushes the building.

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Modulation:
We integrate VSD/VFDs into the fan motors. This allows the system to ramp up during the 2:00 PM peak heat and slow down during rainy periods or night shifts, eliminating "Inrush Current" and slashing energy bills.
Balanced Extraction (The 1:1 Rule):
Evaporative cooling adds moisture to the air. To prevent high humidity or "clammyness," we interlock the cooling units with Industrial Exhaust Fans. For every cubic meter of air we push in, we must pull one out to maintain the Air Change Rate (ACR).
Positive Pressure Shield:
We calibrate the intake to be slightly higher than the exhaust. This creates Positive Pressure, which physically prevents KL street dust and insects from entering through loading bays.
