We recently completed the design and on-site assembly of a custom, large-scale structural enclosure engineered specifically for Drone Soccer arenas. Utilizing a high-rigidity aluminum profile system, this project showcases our capability to transition from precision workshop fabrication to seamless, full-scale space optimization.
High-Clearance Structural Rigidity: Built using robust, heavy-duty aluminum extrusions, the expansive overhead framework is engineered to remain perfectly stable and deflection-free over a large span, safely isolating the high-speed drone flight zone.
Integrated Target Mounting: The modular nature of the T-slot/V-slot profile channels allowed for the seamless, height-adjustable integration of the circular Drone Soccer scoring hoops directly into the structural end-frames.
Enclosure-Ready Framework: The perimeter framing is designed to easily accommodate the tensioning of safety netting or protective mesh across all sides and the ceiling, ensuring full containment and spectator safety during intense matches.
Rapid On-Site Assembly & Adaptability: Because the system completely bypasses the need for welding, the entire structural cage was efficiently assembled within 1 day. The modular architecture means the entire enclosure can be expanded, reconfigured, or relocated with minimal downtime.
