Contents

• Amoxicillin trihydrate: 500 mg (equivalent to 400 mg amoxicillin)

• Potassium clavulanate: 125 mg (equivalent to 100 mg clavulanic acid)
  
   

Indications:

- Curam 625mg Tablets are indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including:

• Upper respiratory tract infections (e.g., sinusitis, otitis media, tonsillitis)

• Lower respiratory tract infections (e.g., acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia)

• Genitourinary tract infections (e.g., cystitis, pyelonephritis)

• Skin and soft tissue infections (e.g., cellulitis, wound infections)

• Bone and joint infections (e.g., osteomyelitis)

• Intra-abdominal infections (e.g., peritonitis)

• Dental infections
  
   

• Instructions:

  • Adults and children over 12 years:

    • For mild to moderate infections: 1 tablet twice daily.

    • For more severe infections: 1 tablet three times daily.

  • Children under 12 years:

    • Dosage should be determined by a healthcare professional based on the child's weight and clinical condition.

  • Elderly patients:

    • No dose adjustment is necessary unless there is renal impairment.

  • Renal impairment:

    • Dosing adjustments are recommended based on the severity of renal impairment.

• Administration:

  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

  • It is recommended to take Curam at the start of a meal to minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.

  • Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.
     

• Storage Instructions:

  • Store below 30°C in a dry place.

  • Keep in the original packaging to protect from moisture.

  • Keep out of reach of children.
