Maximum 16 MPA-S sub-bases are permitted on the MPA-S valve terminal with CPX terminal and electric supply plate; without electric supply plate, maximum 8 MPA-S sub-bases are permitted
When extending a valve terminal, the sub-base must be mounted at the point where expansion is required; dismantle the sub-base or air supply plate at that location first
For multi-pin plug connection terminals, when mounting a further sub-base to the last sub-base before the right MPA end plate, the end piece type MPA must be removed from the last interlinking board
Sub-bases without pressure zone separation use standard seals; sub-bases with pressure zone separation in channel 1 require separating seals
For MPA electronic modules with electrical isolation (VMPA1-FB-EMG-...), the valve supply voltage can be switched off at all poles when used with manifold sub-base CPX-GE-EV-V or 7/8" 5-pin system supply modules
All valve and blanking plates on the sub-base must be loosened before removing the interlinking board; the electronics module must be removed from the sub-base prior to interlinking board replacement
